I love the stage of the flower. It shows a kind of life experience. Its youth is shown through the young petals emerging and opening. Its passage of experiences is showed by the spots that have placed a mark on it. Its aging is reflected on the petal that is folding to its back with the motion that is preparing to leave the rose as we too leave this life.
